The program is led by a team of charming Supyoga instructors based in the Kansai region and Shiga Prefecture's Lake Biwa area. Each instructor provides natural and engaging guidance, connecting you with the beauty of Lake Biwa and harmonizing with nature. Enjoy SUP every weekend in a convenient and hassle-free style at Sunshine Beach!
  • A 45-minute course perfect for beginners and solo participants!
  • We will be offering two regular SUP yoga sessions per day at Sunshine Beach, which boasts convenient access, stunning scenery, and beautiful facilities. Beginners are welcome! [Dates and Times] June 28th (Sun) Instructor: KYOKO (IG: @kyotti_7351) October 18th (Sun) Instructor: MARINO (IG: @marinoyoga_pilates) Two sessions are planned: 10:00-10:45 (approx. 45 minutes) and 11:30-12:15 (approx. 45 minutes). *Please note that the instructor may change at short notice.

The venue has a parking lot that can accommodate approximately 230 cars, but there are also regular buses running from various JR stations. The bus stop is right in front of Sunshine Beach. The venue is also within approximately 2 meters of the taxi fare from various JR stations. It is a very convenient venue, so please feel free to use public transportation as it suits your needs.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • The tour will be canceled if dangerous conditions are anticipated due to severe rain, strong winds, typhoons, etc. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
