Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour will proceed even in light rain, but if it is canceled due to bad weather, we will contact you by phone or email by 8:00 PM the day before the tour.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- [Regarding accidents during the tour] In the event of an accident or injury during the tour, we will provide first aid, but we cannot take any further responsibility. (The guides have completed a standard first aid training course.) The guides also carry a first aid kit at all times. In case of an emergency, the guides will always carry a cell phone and remain in constant contact with the fire department.
Other important points to note:
- [About the insurance coverage] All participating customers will be covered by accident insurance. In the event of an accident occurring during the tour, we will take measures within the scope of the insurance, but please note that we cannot take any further measures. Reminders
Participant age: 15 to 100 years old
Clothing and belongings: We don't have any specific restrictions, as we want you to feel close to nature, but we do recommend wearing clothing suitable for light exercise. Also, high heels and slippery shoes are very dangerous and will not be permitted. It would also be a good idea to bring gloves to protect your hands. (Change of clothes, warm clothes, sweat towel, hot spring bath towel, gloves, eyewear, sunscreen, camera, backpack, etc.)
Rental equipment: Mountain bikes and helmets are included in the price.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
