✈️ Charter booking time limit

Charter service: Please make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance.

If you do not place your order within the specified time, it will be automatically cancelled without further notice. Please take note.

When placing your order, please accurately fill in your departure address, departure time, number of travelers, and provide an instant contact method (mobile phone number, LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, or KakaoTalk ID) so that customer service or the driver can contact you no later than one day before departure.

🧳 Passengers and luggage must declare truthfully. Please select the appropriate vehicle type and accurately inform us of the actual number of passengers, the quantity/size of luggage, whether a sign is required for airport pickup, or whether a child safety seat is needed.

The driver will arrange the vehicle according to the legal and actual passenger and luggage capacity of the selected vehicle type. If the number of people or luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse to carry more passengers and passengers will be asked to call another vehicle themselves. The related costs will be borne by the passengers, and the original order fee will not be refunded.

Waiting fees after the free waiting period.

Charter Waiting Service

The driver will arrive at the designated location at the agreed time to wait for you. A maximum of 30 minutes of waiting time is free.

If the wait exceeds 30 minutes, a waiting fee of 300 KRW per minute will be charged, payable to the driver on-site.

Overtime service fee

Overtime Service: The driver will provide service according to the agreed-upon charter time. If the service exceeds 9 hours, an overtime fee of 40,000 KRW per hour will be charged, payable to the driver on-site.
