Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Please note that services may be cancelled or suspended due to severe weather such as approaching typhoons or heavy rain, or due to sea conditions. We will contact you if there is a risk of cancellation. Please be aware that we cannot refund transportation costs in the event of a cancellation.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- - If you are late, you may not be able to participate. - Your lower body will inevitably get wet when you land on Uni Beach. - As this is a shared boat, please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other passengers. - Bringing food is not allowed.

Regarding clothing and belongings: Please be sure to bring a towel and swimwear (or wear it) or clothes that you don't mind getting wet! Non-slip sandals, etc.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
