Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・For reservations with two people, the total weight must be over 35 kg. ・Middle school students and older may participate alone. ・Participants who have taken sleeping pills or have been drinking alcohol are not permitted. *Minors require consent from a parent or guardian.

- ・If we determine that the service cannot be provided safely due to ocean conditions, we will hold the course at an alternative location. Thank you for your understanding. ・Please note that on the day, the time may change or preparation may take longer depending on the weather and ocean conditions. ・Customers making reservations on the day or the day before can also make reservations by phone. ・Please note that we will only accept reservations after you have confirmed and agreed to the "Notification Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Act" and other precautions.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 35% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
REMARQUE
