Due to new traffic rules, from 1 July 2026, tourist buses are not allowed to enter some inner-city streets. We will arrange a nearby meeting point within a short walking distance from your hotel. Kayaking might get your clothes and phone/camera wet, so guests are advised to bring a change of clothes and a waterproof bag to protect their phone.
Since Ha Long Bay is always busy with tourists, the schedule might be changed a bit to avoid the crowds. We always try our best to make sure you have the best experience
Children policy : Children under 4 years old can join their parents free of charge. Each booking includes one free child under 4; a second child under 4 will be charged 50%.
Children from 4–7 years old are charged at 80% of the adult rate (an original passport is required during the tour). Each booking includes only one child aged 4–7 at the 80% rate; a second child will be charged at 100%.
