* Meeting point for packages without pickup: Reykjavik Bus Stop #12 Höfðatorg [opposite Storm Hotel by Keahotels].

* Pickup locations for packages with pickup: Hotels in downtown Reykjavik or the nearest bus stop. If you have booked a package with pickup, you must provide your specific hotel address to Customer Support to confirm the exact hotel or bus stop location so we can arrange your pickup.

* After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the detailed meeting time and location. Please follow the instructions on your voucher for your trip.

* Temperatures are low in winter. Please dress warmly while waiting for the bus and bring a camera for photos.

* For operational reasons, tours in Chinese may sometimes be combined with tours in English, but Chinese-speaking guide services will still be provided.

* Due to daylight limitations, pickup for some departures in April, August, and September begins at 22:00. Please check the departure time on your voucher. If you have any questions, please contact us to confirm.

* The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed. Our guides use real-time weather, cloud cover, and aurora forecasts to maximize your chances of seeing the Northern Lights.

* The tour takes about 4 hours, depending on weather, road conditions, and viewing conditions.

* If you do not see the Northern Lights on your first attempt, you may join an additional Northern Lights tour for free (subject to availability). This additional tour is valid for two years from the date of your first attempt and is limited to the original ticket holder.

* The free additional visit is limited to one per booking and is non-transferable.

* No refunds will be issued once the tour has departed.

1. This is a local tour. The order and duration of sightseeing may be adjusted based on actual conditions such as weather, traffic, strikes, holidays, or crowds. Please be aware of this. The itinerary times are for reference only; actual arrangements on the day will prevail.

2. Due to weather, attraction policies, or other force majeure factors, the itinerary may be temporarily changed or partially/fully canceled. Please be aware of this and pay attention to notifications from staff or system updates.

3. Small group tours require a minimum of 5 people to depart; large group tours require a minimum of 20 people. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour may be canceled or rescheduled. Private tours include a group discount, so the cost remains the same regardless of the number of participants.

4. Participants must provide correct document information [for packages including admission tickets only] and contact details, and keep their phone accessible so Customer Support can notify you of trip arrangements. You are responsible for any missed tours due to personal reasons that prevent timely contact. Please monitor your email or other effective social media channels for booking confirmation and tour information.

5. Vehicles are arranged based on the number of participants. Small group tours and private tours are led by a driver-guide. Large group tours with fewer than 20 people will not depart as a large group and will be led by a driver-guide. The driver-guide's primary role is driving, and they only provide simple explanations and guidance for attractions, which differs from a professional tour guide. Please understand this before booking.

6. As this is a group tour, the driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes to ensure the schedule is maintained. If you do not appear, you will be considered to have forfeited the tour; no refunds or rescheduling will be provided. You are responsible for any risks associated with personal absence. Please be at the meeting point on time. Please strictly follow the time set by the driver-guide or guide (for tours with guides). If you fail to return to the meeting point at the agreed time, the group will proceed to the next attraction, and you will need to make your own way to the meeting point.

7. Please carry a valid ID or passport for identity verification on the day of the activity.

8. This activity is not suitable for wheelchair users, pregnant women, those prone to motion sickness, people with respiratory diseases, infectious skin diseases, epilepsy, heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, or other individuals who should avoid excessive stimulation.

9. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the tour. Seniors aged 70 and above must ensure they are in good health for travel and be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22-69 throughout the tour.

10. Leaving the group without authorization during the tour is not permitted (except during free time). We appreciate your understanding. If you leave the group midway, the transaction will be considered void, no refunds will be provided, and you will be responsible for any consequences regarding your personal safety and property. Please confirm the departure time and take a photo of the vehicle to avoid getting on the wrong bus or missing the bus.

11. Please respect local customs and follow attraction rules. During free time, be mindful of your personal safety and belongings. You are responsible for any accidents or losses resulting from ignoring warnings.

12. This tour does not include insurance; participants assume all risks. Please be cautious, look after your personal safety and belongings, and take necessary precautions. The company and its employees are not responsible for any personal or property accidents and do not provide refunds. Please purchase personal travel insurance for international travel to protect your rights in case of illness, loss of property, etc.

13. The one-day tour does not include meals. We recommend bringing your own food and water. You may not be able to purchase your preferred food during the tour. Hot food, hot drinks, and food with strong odors are prohibited on the vehicle.

14. The end time is subject to weather, traffic, and other conditions. Please do not book flights or boat tickets for the same day to avoid missing them due to unexpected itinerary changes. Please be aware of this; we will not provide any refunds or compensation.

15. Bringing luggage on one-day tours is not recommended. If you must bring luggage, you must inform Customer Support in advance regarding the quantity and size to confirm costs or obtain permission. For tours including transportation, the driver-guide is not responsible for participants' belongings.

16. For tours including transportation, the driver-guide cannot arrange specific seats. If necessary, please negotiate politely with other guests. If they refuse, please use the available seats.
