Purchase Notice
- Please specify the pick-up and drop-off addresses and departure time in your order when booking.
- Please provide your contact information (phone number, email address, LINE, WhatsApp, Kakao, WeChat, etc.) when booking so that our customer service staff can contact you in a timely manner.
- If a child seat is required, please specify it when booking. The child seat fee is 2000 JPY (a child seat occupies 1 - 1.5 seats). Please pay the driver directly.
- If the departure or arrival location is outside of Nagoya city, a surcharge starting from 10000 JPY will apply depending on the distance.
- Driver information and license plate number will be provided between 18:00 the day before the activity and 2 hours before the activity time. Please check your email or communication app (WhatsApp/Line/Kakao/WeChat).
- For urgent bookings, please keep your communication channels open so that we can confirm your transportation needs and arrange a vehicle for you in time.
Reminders

Service hours are between 06:00 am and 22:00 pm. Usage outside of these hours will incur a night service fee (a surcharge starting from 2000 JPY applies depending on the end time).
Free waiting time: The free waiting time is 30 minutes. A surcharge of 3000 JPY per 30 minutes will apply after the free period.
Please pay overtime and excess mileage fees to the driver in cash. You can also contact customer service to pay relevant surcharges in advance.
Night booking notice: Bookings for before 10:00 cannot be processed between 00:00-08:00; such bookings will be cancelled.
If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle capacity, the driver has the right to refuse the service without a refund.
Child seat policy: Child seats are not provided for short-distance trips. According to Japanese traffic law (Road Traffic Act Enforcement Order - Article 26-3-2, Paragraph 3, Item 6), point-to-point transfers are exempt from the child seat requirement, so you can ride with peace of mind.
Cancellation policy: Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the service time. Refunds will be credited within 7 to 14 working days after cancellation.
This service is a private charter car transfer and does not include tour guide services. Thank you for your understanding.
