Regarding boarding on the day
Please complete the check-in process 20 minutes before departure. If you will be arriving later than that, please call us.
The road to our store may be crowded, so please allow yourself plenty of time.
Please note that the boat departs on schedule and we cannot wait for you if you are late for boarding.
If you do not arrive by the appointed time, it will be considered a cancellation without notice and a cancellation fee will be charged.
Life jackets must be worn on board the boat.
If you are worried about seasickness, please bring motion sickness medication.
Pregnant women are required to fill out a consent form.
On the day of boarding, if the pregnant woman is in good health and the sea is calm, she can board the boat.
If sea conditions suddenly change, the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons, even if it is just before departure.
Even in rainy weather, we will set sail as long as the waves are not too high.
Depending on the sea conditions, pregnant women, elderly people, small children and those in poor health may be asked to refrain from participating.
In summer, take measures against UV rays (sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, towel, etc.)
In winter, please prepare for the cold (thick down jacket, knit cap, gloves, scarf, earmuffs, etc.).
Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted on board.
