A pub specializing in 'Chicken Sashimi & Grilled Chicken' made with fresh chicken. Our fragrant and juicy 'Chicken Sashimi' that highlights the sweetness of the meat, and our 'Grilled Chicken' that you can grill yourself over charcoal are highly recommended. We also offer loin yukhoe, our famous tsukune, and finishing ramen. Our clean interior features both 1st and 2nd floor seating, and floor rentals are available. Our restaurant is proud of its "Chicken Sashimi and Grilled Chicken." Our "Chicken Sashimi" is a fragrant and juicy dish made with chicken slaughtered that morning, which is extremely fresh. You can also enjoy the subtle sweetness of the meat. Our "Grilled Chicken" is made with fresh chicken and is a dish that customers grill themselves over charcoal. Our "Loin Yukhoe" is a beautiful dish that is a feast for the eyes, with lightly grilled chicken breast meat tossed in our homemade sauce and intertwined with the rich egg yolk. Our specialty "Tsukune" is our homemade, hand-kneaded meatballs, made with the same sauce as our grilled chicken. We recommend mixing it with the egg yolk before enjoying it.
We also offer ramen that is not available at our sister restaurant, Kushiyaki Bardol! Our Zaru Ramen is a light and delicious new classic ramen for the final meal, made with our specially made noodles, which are also used at our sister restaurants. Waga Yaki Bardol is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Hirakatashi Station, right next to Kawaramachi Shopping Street. The restaurant is clean and tidy, with seating on both the first and second floors. The first floor is spacious, and the second floor has four tables.
