'Bringing carefully crafted shumai to your daily table.' Our shumai, made with an exquisite balance of chicken and pork and carefully hand-wrapped, is juicy with a refreshing aftertaste. This is a Chinese tavern featuring classic dim sum and Chinese dishes, including freshly steamed xiaolongbao, fragrant malatang, and savory fried rice. We also offer a wide range of izakaya menu items, such as our house-made mapo tofu. Whether for a full meal or just drinks, enjoy the flavors of 'Shumai no Joe' for any occasion.
There is a wide variety of popular Chinese dim sum dishes, including shumai, xiaolongbao, and dumplings! It's fun to choose "which one should I get?" depending on your mood that day. At "Shumai Joe," we offer a diverse lineup, including carefully hand-wrapped shumai, authentic malatang with an addictive, deliciously spicy soup, fragrant fried rice, and Shanghai fried noodles. The fruity sorbet sour is not only delicious, but also looks adorable! This popular drink features colorful sorbets floating in the glass, including strawberry, mango, and green apple. Choose from medicinal or dandan soup (+110 yen), and three types of noodles are available: glass noodles, extra thick glass noodles, and rice vermicelli. The spiciness can be adjusted from 1 to 5, and you can also freely customize the meat, seafood, and vegetable toppings.
