The scenic area implements a real-name ticketing system. Please fill in the correct traveler information when making a reservation. If you are unable to enter the park due to incorrect information, the ticket will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
Only one ticket can be purchased per valid ID on the same date. Purchases are limited across all platforms. Please do not use the same identity information to make multiple purchases to avoid order submission failure.
You must bring your valid personal identification document to use the service.
The round trip between the service area and the tourist area is about 6 kilometers, so it is recommended to take the scenic area shuttle bus.
This ticket must be used in one transaction and cannot be split; partial refunds are not supported.
Please maintain order during your visit, obey the instructions of the scenic area staff, queue to buy tickets, and ascend the city in an orderly manner.
To protect the Great Wall and its associated cultural relics, please do not paint, carve, post, or hang items on the wall.
Please pay attention to your safety while visiting. Do not visit areas that are not open to the public, and do not climb the Great Wall crenellations, run or play roughly. Take good care of your personal belongings, look after the elderly and children, and do not buy goods from street vendors. Elderly people and tourists with illnesses should act according to their abilities and not participate in inappropriate tour activities. Do not make or receive phone calls during thunderstorms.
Please take care of the scenic area's public facilities. Do not climb or break flowers, trees, trample on lawns, or damage any identification signs. Use accessible equipment as required and do not attempt to use elevators.
Please do not use open flames within the scenic area. Do not smoke, and do not bring flammable, explosive, toxic, or dangerous materials, or sources of ignition into the scenic area.
In the event of severe weather conditions that prevent the safe operation of equipment, or in the event of irresistible natural disasters (such as lightning, rain, snow, hail, heavy fog, heavy rain, strong winds, etc.), the scenic area will be temporarily or partially closed. Please pay attention to the scenic area's announcements for updates.
Please maintain traffic order within the scenic area. Vehicles entering the scenic area must follow the instructions of staff, park in designated areas in an orderly manner, and not park randomly or ride in illegally operated vehicles.
Without the approval of the scenic area management department, it is strictly prohibited to bring professional photography equipment and low-altitude, slow-moving, and small aircraft into the scenic area or to conduct commercial filming activities within the scenic area. It is also strictly prohibited to perform music, sing, or organize activities within the scenic area.
Pets are prohibited from entering the scenic area; camping, night tours, and other activities are strictly prohibited in areas not open to the public.
Off-season (November 16th - March 15th of the following year): Monday to Sunday: 8:00-17:30
Peak season (March 16th - November 15th): Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday and Sunday: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Ticket sales stop one hour before the start of the day, and ticket checking stops half an hour before the start of the day (this may be adjusted according to the actual situation of the scenic area during special periods).
