Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Please note that the tour may be canceled due to weather conditions on the day. If the tour is canceled after arriving at the meeting point, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses or other expenses.

- Please note that as these are wild animals in their natural habitat, no refunds will be given if you are unable to see them.

Participant age: 0 to 80 years old
What to wear and what to bring: Please bring your own motion sickness medicine, sunglasses, cold weather gear, towel, camera, drinks, snacks, etc. Please wear comfortable sneakers or other flat-soled shoes. Heels are strictly prohibited!

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
REMARQUE
