The car rental service is available from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. A night service fee will be charged for rentals outside of these hours (an additional fee of 2,000 yen or more will apply depending on the end time).
Free waiting time: The free waiting time is 30 minutes. After that, an overtime fee of 3,000 yen per 30 minutes will be charged.
The mileage limit for point-to-point pick-up and drop-off service in the 23 wards of Tokyo is 30 kilometers. If the distance exceeds this limit, an extra mileage fee of 300 yen per kilometer will be charged.
Overtime and extra mileage fees should be paid to the driver in cash. You can also contact customer service to pay the relevant additional fees in advance.
Nighttime Booking Notice: Bookings made between 00:00 and 08:00 will be cancelled as we are unable to process bookings made before 10:00.

Cancellation Policy: Rush bookings cannot be cancelled free of charge. Non-rush bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after cancellation.
