Purchase Notice
●If there are fewer than two participants, the tour may not proceed.
●Guide: One Japanese speaking guide will be provided for the entire trip.
●When applying for a tour, please provide your name, date of birth, and passport number.
●A guide will accompany you throughout the entire trip from Taipei.
★Please wear comfortable clothing that will require you to walk for long periods of time.
●The meals included in the tour may be served on large platters depending on the number of people.
Please note that food in Taiwanese restaurants is generally served on large platters.
*Menus and drinks ordered separately will be charged separately.
If you wish to leave the group, please inform the guide on the day and sign a leaving form. Please note that there will be no change in the tour price, as this will be due to your own convenience.
●Meals and seats are not included for infants (under 2 years old).
Please bring water, an umbrella, medicine depending on your personal condition, sunscreen products, or cold-resistant clothing depending on your personal condition.
●In order to protect the quality of the tour and the participation rights of other guests, please do not bring a bet when participating in the tour.
*You will be required to take out travel liability insurance of NT$2 million, medical insurance of NT$200,000, and travel accident insurance of NT$2 million, medical insurance of NT$200,000. Please let us know the necessary information when making your reservation. *These amounts are included in the price.
Reminders
●The tour schedule may be changed or canceled due to weather, traffic conditions, etc.
Please note that in principle, we will not refund the tour fee or any other damages or expenses incurred if the tour schedule is changed or canceled due to natural disasters including typhoons, natural disasters, wars, riots, etc., or if you are unable to participate due to flight cancellations or delays.
●We cannot accept tour participation on the day of arrival in Taiwan.
●Depending on the date of your reservation, we may not be able to respond to your reservation confirmation until after weekends, Taiwanese public holidays, the Lunar New Year period, etc.
●The order of sightseeing may be changed depending on the situation on the day. Thank you for your understanding. *Please use the sightseeing time as a guide only.
Guides are not available for hire, so if you want to shorten the time you spend at sightseeing spots on your itinerary, you will not be able to use a guide.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
