During weekends and public holidays in Japan, you may experience traffic jams and early closures of attractions. We will reduce or shorten your itinerary based on the actual situation. We hope you will understand and your guide and driver will do their best to provide the best service. Please do not make dinner reservations as they may prevent you from catching a flight or Shinkansen on that day.

We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but since this is a shared tour, seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please leave a note and we will do our best to accommodate you. Final arrangements will be subject to the tour guide's coordination on the day. Vehicle Type: Vehicles are assigned based on the number of participants. For small groups, a driver and accompanying personnel will be assigned to provide full tour services. No additional tour leader will be assigned. Please note.

The flower viewing period or maple leaf viewing period may be slightly affected by weather conditions and may be slightly earlier or later. Once the tour is completed, the tour will proceed as usual regardless of the flowering/maple leaf color conditions. Please be advised.

Day trips do not include personal travel and accident insurance. Please purchase these insurances if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry their own risks and dangers.
