- Please enter *#06# on your phone's dial pad to check if eSIM is supported. If EID is displayed, it means eSIM is supported; if not, eSIM is not supported.
Reminders
Due to restrictions imposed by the Turkish government on eSIM activation, your eSIM will not work if you install it after arriving in Turkey. Therefore, please ensure you complete the installation and activation of your eSIM before departure or arrival in Türkiye.
After you scan the QR code and download the order successfully, you cannot cancel the order or refund the money.
Installing an eSIM requires an internet connection. Please install it when you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection (installation may fail due to Wi-Fi at some airports).

How to Use
- After placing an order, you will receive an email saying "Your eSlM is ready" and will be notified of the latest installation time and installation method.
- How to install:
iOS: Settings > Mobile Services > Join Mobile Plan > Scan QR code > Join Mobile Plan
Android: Settings > Internet (Connections) > SIM Card Manager > Add SIM Card (Add to Action Plan) > Scan QR code
- To enable the activation mule:
1. After arriving at your destination, turn off other SIM cards and only turn on the eSIM and its data roaming.
2. Set the APN of the eSIM (APN will usually be automatically identified, but if it cannot be automatically identified, you need to set it manually)
Cancellation Policy
