- Service hours: 8:00-22:00 (Please contact customer service to confirm if you need a ride outside of these hours)
- Rental period: 10 hours. Overtime fees will apply and will be paid to the driver in cash.
- Departure time: Recommended between 08:00 and 11:00 (departing from Kyoto)
- Private charter car route: Please refer to the suggested private charter car route. You can also propose your own route that fits the itinerary specifications, but the total travel distance must be within 300 kilometers. If you wish to directly consult customer service for a quote, please confirm this product .
- Charter private charter car area: Pick-up and drop-off points are by default within Osaka or Kyoto, and at least one of the pick-up/drop-off points must be within Kyoto. If the pick-up/drop-off points are located outside of Osaka or Kyoto, an extra service fee will be charged (the fee varies depending on the location), and the driver's travel time to and from the destination (approximately 2 hours) will be deducted.
- Airport drop-off service: The driver will wait for 30 minutes free of charge starting at the time specified by the passenger. If you are late and would like the driver to continue waiting, you need to contact the driver in advance and pay a delay waiting fee of 2,000 yen/30 minutes, which will be paid to the driver in cash on the spot.

Late-night service fee
The service hours are generally from 8:00 to 22:00. If you use the private charter car service outside of these hours, a late-night fee of 3,000 yen will be charged, payable in cash to the driver on-site.
Overtime fee
If the rental period exceeds 10 hours, a fee of 5000 yen per hour will be charged, with each additional 30 minutes counted as one hour.
The driver will provide return time suggestions based on map directions; if overtime is caused by unforeseen traffic congestion, the guest will be responsible for any overtime charges.
Second and more child seats
One child seat is provided free of charge; subsequent seats will cost 2,000 yen each.
Cross-regional service fee for getting on/off at different locations
If the pick-up/drop-off point is outside of Osaka or Kyoto city, an additional cross-district service fee will be charged (the fee varies depending on the location; for example, if the destination is Kobe, a highway toll of 5,000 yen will be charged), and the driver's travel time to and from the destination will be deducted by approximately 1 to 2 hours.
Reminders
Customer service response time: 8:00-21:00.
If there are uncontrollable circumstances affecting your travel, such as flight cancellations or significant delays, that are not related to you, please contact customer service as soon as possible to apply for a rescheduling or refund.
Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the vehicle. If the vehicle is soiled, a cleaning fee will be charged according to the driver's judgment.
For your safety, please ensure that everyone wears their seatbelt at all times while traveling.
The driver will provide a suggested return time based on the map; if the time is exceeded due to unexpected traffic jams on the day, the guest will be responsible for the overtime fee.
The private charter car period will begin from the time you specify when you place your order. If you are late on the day of your trip, the time will be deducted directly from the private charter car period. If you are more than 30 minutes late and the driver has not been able to contact you, the driver has the right to leave without a refund.
