- Free admission for children under the age of 2 years. Children aged 7 years and under are not allowed to swim with the whale sharks, but are allowed to watch them from the boat

Insurance can apply for guests aged 18–65 years. Please provide accurate and complete information upon booking. KKday will not be held liable for delays or cancellations due to missing information
Whale Sharks are not guaranteed to appear all the time (approx 99% chance). There are also times when the whaleshark watching is closed early due to low turnout of whalesharks, big waves or extreme heat. Pick up time is set early for better viewing chances.
Tumalog Falls has a steep road from parking to the falls. Guests may choose to walk or ride the motorbike. Not recommended for those with physical difficulties.
If you have Canyoneering add-on, there will be no visit to Heritage Park. Accident insurance is not applicable for this activity.
