  • Please arrive at the meeting point at least 50 minutes in advance. The tour is not allowed to reschedule or cancel due to late arrival or any personal reasons
  • Please provide an active contact number when booking so we can get hold of you in the event of an emergency
  • Please evaluate your health conditions before booking. If you proceed to book knowing that you are not eligible, the supplier reserves the right to decline service without refunds
  • Refunds or compensation will not be granted to travelers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
  • If there is light rain that doesn’t affect visibility, then the tour may still be able to fly. The itinerary is subject to change due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances, so it is subject to cancellation, and the take-off time may be affected. The supplier reserves the right to adjust, cancel, extend, or shorten the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances before and after departure
  • Please note that due to safety precautions and heliport regulations, it is not permitted to take photos while walking to and from the helicopter

Reminders

  • A minimum of 3 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date

  • In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 2 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women

  • Please arrive at the designated location 50 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time

  • For identity verification purposes, travelers may be asked to present their ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card). Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit

  • Passengers must check in all bags with security and must walk through a metal detector. Prohibited Items for passengers on all flights include: guns (firearms, revolvers, rifles, ammunition as well as accessories for it); scissors and any other sharp or bladed objects

  • Requests for specific seats are not allowed, as the seating arrangement is based on safety protocols

  • It is prohibited to board a plane within 24 hours after diving. Local agency reserves the right to decline service for customers who do not comply with diving regulations

  • Travelers are advised to download or print out the e-voucher for offline access

  • Please note that travelers will have to sign a waiver before the helicopter tour

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
