- E-voucher will be sent to your e-mail within 2 business days after your boat ticket is issued. Please present a printed copy of this voucher and the passport of all traveler's at the time of boarding
- Children between the ages of 0 - 2, not occupying a seat may ride the ferry free of charge. Children ages 3 - 11 will need to purchase a children’s ticket
- At least 30 minutes before departure time is required for passengers to check-in.
- In the event travelers miss their ferry, rescheduling of tickets can be made at the pier, additional charges may apply
- After bookings have been completed, any changes or amendments must be made on-site at the port ticket counters, additional charges may apply

- Strictly implemented a one hand carry policy per passenger either backpack or trolley bag. The total dimensions of the trolley bag should not exceed 130cm; otherwise, it will be checked in along with other bags or belongings.
- Tourist Class and Open-Air Accommodation: The free baggage allowance per passenger has been reduced to ten (10) kilogram
- Business Class: The free baggage allowance remains unchanged at twenty (20) kilograms per passenger. Additionally, the policy allowing one trolley bag to be hand-carried by Business Class passengers, provided it does not exceed a total dimension of 130cm (L+H+W), remains in effect

OceanJet ticket is non-transferable. Presented valid ID’s should match the passenger’s name as encoded on the ticket.
No refund or replacement shall be made on lost tickets.
The passenger agrees to abide all the terms and conditions written herein upon purchase of this ticket.
At least 30 minutes before departure time is required for passengers to check-in.
The carrier is not liable to the Passenger for any loss or damage suffered by the Passenger through his or her failure to comply with the laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel rules of the carrier and/or competent public authority.
It is required for passengers to present their valid ID’s upon check-in. No ID to present, no check-in.
To check-in, pre-printed tickets or tickets bought at the OceanJet port must be presented together with the check-in slips.
