- Toddlers under age 1 are not allowed to enter the facility.
- The product provided here is not suitable for travelers under 100cm in height. For children under 100cm in height, please purchase the ticket to Kids Zone on-site.
- Parents and guardians of kids may only enter the Kids Zone after purchase the ticket (₩5,000). The voucher for guardians/parents can be exchanged for a cup of coffee. Using the facilities within Kids Zone is not allowe.
- The "Sky Challenge" course will be only available every hour 00 minutes ~ 15 minutes and also, children under the height 120cm will not be able to participate.
- If the number of maximum people exceeded, it may cause to restrictions or waiting. Refund for this will not be given.
- Please know that there may not be enough lockers on weekends.
- You may not be able to enter on the desired date due a large group customers.

For safety reasons, please follow the instructions of staff on-site, the supplier does not hold responsibilities for travelers who get hurt after neglecting the instructions and rules
If you lose your bracelet and cabinet key, please inform the front desk. In this case, you will incur a lost charge of entry bracelet 3,000won/ cabinet key 8,000 won.
Food, drinks, and pets are not allowed within the facility.
Travelers will be required to wear the special socks offered by Vaunce before getting on a trampoline.
Please know that once you leave, re-entry is not allowed.
A surcharge of ₩2,000 will apply for every exceeding 10 minutes, the payment should be made on-site.

3. Follow the instructions from the staff to enter.
