Reminders
Please arrive 10 minutes early on the day of the shoot. After arrival, you can discuss the order of the day's experience and the shooting concept.
You can take pictures with your personal cell phone or camera during the filming break. However, outside photographers are not allowed to come in and take pictures.
If you have purchased makeup and hair styling services, you can bring a reference photo of the style you want and discuss with the designer on the day.
As the meeting point is determined by the affiliated hanbok rental company, we will inform you of the meeting point when the reservation is confirmed in advance. If you are not informed of the meeting point upon confirmation of your reservation, please contact the store or KKday.
Retouched photos will be emailed to you within 1-4 weeks after the experience ends.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 14 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 7 to 13 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–6 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
