・The itinerary can be discussed or modified with the driver based on the situation or time on the day of the trip.
・To maintain vehicle cleanliness and protect the rights of other passengers, please do not bring pets on board. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please note that the order of attractions in the route may be adjusted based on the departure or end location.
・For children under 4 years old, please inform us of their date of birth and weight in advance. One baby seat will be provided free of charge; for each additional seat, an extra charge of NT$300 will be collected on-site.
・Chartered service hours are 08:00 - 22:00. If the start or end time falls outside this range, an additional fee of NT$500 per trip will be charged and paid to the driver on-site.
・Surcharges for remote areas should be paid to the driver on-site, as specified on the voucher.

Reminders

  • In the event of cancellations resulting from force majeure (e.g. typhoon, heavy rain, earthquake, etc.), requests for full refunds or reschedule will be granted

  • The attractions are subject to cancellation due to weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances, the driver will inform travelers of the cancellation on the day of tour

  • Surcharges apply to transfer service from/to suburb areas, fees to be paid on-site directly to the driver, the price info will be provided on the voucher

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
