• All services are for customers aged 18 or above. Prices include a service fee of $30 per person. 

• The above offers are valid for redemption within 60 days from the date of purchase; expired vouchers will be invalid.

• Deluxe overnight packages are given priority for private rooms. If private rooms are full for the Star overnight package, guests will be arranged to rest in the lounge area. 

• Each customer is limited to using each of the above offers once. Multiple offers can be purchased to share with friends and family. 

• After purchase, please call / WhatsApp / WeChat at least 2 days in advance to make a reservation. 

• Please select your treatment item (if applicable) when making a reservation. 

• A valid QR code voucher must be presented upon redemption. No extra time will be provided for late arrivals. 

• No-shows or arrivals 15 minutes or more late will be considered as having used the service, and no refunds will be provided. 

• Once the purchase is completed, the order cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
