- A stable internet connection (WiFi or mobile data) is required for eSIM installation.
- The validity period begins once you arrive at your destination and switch to the eSIM with an active connection. It is recommended to complete the installation/setup before departure and switch to the eSIM upon arrival (ensure data roaming is enabled).
Please confirm that your device is compatible with eSIM before purchasing. After sending the eSIM QR code, this product is non-refundable

Purchase Notice
- Before purchasing, please confirm whether your phone is compatible with eSIM. Samsung phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. For Samsung phones purchased abroad, please check the Samsung official website first.
- iOS version 12.1 or above is required. Card-locked phones and phones purchased in China, Hong Kong, and Macau do not support the eSIM function.
- Each QR code can only be downloaded and installed once. Once the QR code of this product has been scanned, you cannot apply for a return or refund.
- Validity period: Calculated from the time when the network traffic is used, with 24 hours as one day (not calculated on calendar days)
- It is recommended to download and install it at the departure place on the day of departure, and then switch to eSIM to enable data roaming after arriving at the destination.
- Hotspot sharing is possible (hotspot sharing is not recommended to enjoy the best quality of Internet access)
- The network speed will vary depending on factors such as terrain, climate, building shielding, number of users and location. If the reception is unstable, please be sure to contact technical customer service.
