The ticket has no expiration date, but the discount is valid for 4 months from the date of purchase. If it is confirmed that it has not been used after the discount period, it can be returned.
Before using the ticket, you must call Hilton New Taipei City Hotel | SociAbility at (02) 2958-3770 to make a reservation. You can use the confirmation number of the cooperating store on the voucher to redeem it on site. The more sets of redemption confirmation codes you order, the more sets of redemption confirmation codes will be on the voucher.
In case of special holidays, the ticket can only be used after paying the difference between the face value and the on-site pricing (including service fee). Special holidays are defined as: Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, National Day holiday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Lunar New Year's Eve to Lunar New Year holiday, Qingming holiday, Chinese and Western Valentine's Day, the weekend before Mother's Day and the weekend of the same week, Dragon Boat Festival holiday, Father's Day and special event dates announced by the hotel (the definition of each holiday is based on the date announced by the Personnel Administration Bureau).
