Opened in November 2024, [Ryu no Kuni] offers Agu pork shabu-shabu, known for its melt-in-your-mouth texture and sweet fat. Some of our vegetables are locally sourced. We also take pride in our Genghis Khan, a rare find in local restaurants, where you can enjoy tender, never-frozen fresh lamb. Shabu-shabu and Genghis Khan are also available as courses. We offer a wide variety of drinks, including rare Awamori and whiskies. The restaurant is equipped with table seating and tatami seating, making it perfect for dates, families, and banquets.
"Agu pork" is characterized by its sweetness and melting in the mouth because the fat melts at a low temperature. Some of the vegetables served are locally grown. We also offer sesame sauce and shekwasha ponzu sauce, so please enjoy according to your preference.
We offer Genghis Khan made with fresh lamb that has never been frozen. It is fresh, has little odor, and is soft. Enjoy it with shekwasha ponzu sauce and Genghis Khan sauce. Enjoy Genghis Khan to your heart's content, which is rare at nearby restaurants.
The shabu-shabu course includes plans where you can enjoy Agu pork loin and belly meat, as well as a plan where you can enjoy lamb meat in addition to the above ◎ There is also a Genghis Khan course. In addition to Japanese whiskey such as Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Hibiki, there is a wide selection of drinks such as Awamori.
Opening November 29th! Our restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and is equipped with table seating and tatami seating. We also have a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, making it ideal for various banquets. It can be used for a wide range of occasions, including dates and family get-togethers. Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
