Our most popular dish is our handmade large gyoza! Each gyoza weighs about 60g and is packed with pork, cabbage, green onions, and chives, wrapped in a thick, chewy skin and baked until crispy and juicy. The seasoning has been adapted for the Japanese taste by chefs from China. We also have gyoza topped with green onion mayonnaise and yuzu green onions.
