Qingyuan Chimelong Forest Kingdom is located at the northern foot of Prince Mountain, at the border of Guangzhou and Qingyuan. Surrounded by green mountains and clear waters, it is not only a place to get close to nature and explore the mysteries of animals but also a comprehensive forest wild-fun kingdom that integrates forest adventure, animal interaction, themed entertainment, cultural performances, research and conservation, and specialty dining and shopping.

【Annual Pass】Qingyuan Chimelong Forest Kingdom Weekday Pass / All-Access Pass | Adult / Minor / Senior
Applicable Park: Qingyuan Chimelong Forest Kingdom (excluding Forest Self-Drive), excluding special programs or themed events that require additional admission fees.
Annual Pass Activation Validity: Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase (inclusive). Failure to activate online or obtain an electronic annual pass number offline within this period will be deemed as an automatic waiver; no refunds or changes will be provided, and it will be considered void after expiration.
Annual Pass Validity Period: Calculated by calendar month, valid from the date of online activation or offline acquisition of the electronic annual pass number (whichever is earlier) until the last day of the corresponding month in the following year. For example, if a guest purchases a Chimelong Annual Pass online on November 10, 2025, and activates it online or obtains the electronic annual pass number at the ticket office of the relevant theme park on November 15, 2025, the validity period will be from November 15, 2025, to November 30, 2026.
Annual Pass Reservation Dates: For the 【Weekday Pass】, there are at least 280 'reservable admission days' within the validity period. Reservable days may exclude certain public holidays and their surrounding compensatory working days, parts of the winter break, most of the summer break, Halloween night and the full day of Halloween (October 31 - November 1), New Year's Eve, and other dates where the theme park will announce unavailability in advance via official channels. Please refer to the latest 'Chimelong Annual Pass Calendar' on the official Chimelong APP/Mini Program. Cardholders may only enter the park on successfully reserved dates. Additionally, to ensure public safety, the park may implement temporary closures or reservation controls during extreme weather, severe weather, or when capacity limits are reached; we cannot guarantee entry for annual pass holders in such cases.
Annual Pass Reservation Dates: For the 【All-Access Pass】, there are approximately 365 'reservable admission days' within the validity period. Reservable days may exclude special themed event days and crowd control days. The park will announce unavailable dates in advance via official channels; please refer to the latest 'Chimelong Annual Pass Calendar' on the official Chimelong APP/Mini Program. Cardholders may only enter the park on successfully reserved dates. Additionally, to ensure public safety, the park may implement temporary closures or reservation controls during extreme weather, severe weather, or when capacity limits are reached; we cannot guarantee entry for annual pass holders in such cases.
Card Collection and Activation:
You may choose any of the following methods to activate your annual pass:
1. (Recommended) Online Activation: After purchasing the annual pass, if you agree to use the annual pass via facial recognition, you can activate it online through the official Chimelong APP/Mini Program (requires binding your ID number + taking a photo to input facial information). You can then conveniently enter the park through facial recognition lanes.
2. Offline Electronic Annual Pass Number Activation: After purchasing the annual pass, you may go to the ticket office of the theme park associated with the annual pass, present the voucher code information and mobile number used for the purchase to receive the electronic annual pass number, and then proceed to the Guest Service Center to activate the annual pass (requires providing your ID + taking a photo for records) and register facial information (if agreed). Subsequent access will be via...
3. If you do not agree to use the annual pass via facial recognition, you must activate the annual pass using the offline method mentioned in point 2 above (without inputting facial information). Furthermore, before each entry, you must present your valid personal ID at the Guest Service Center for manual verification. After verification, an entry voucher will be issued, requiring independent proof of identity.
Special Note:
1. This annual pass is an electronic annual pass; no physical card will be provided;
2. The annual pass is a special ticket type and cannot be converted into an electronic QR code ticket online, nor can it be used to collect tickets at self-service kiosks.
Reservation Instructions:
1. In accordance with relevant laws and industry practices, to create a comfortable and safe environment, the Chimelong Annual Pass operates on a 'Reservation for Admission' system. Before each entry, cardholders must make an advance reservation via 'Annual Pass Reservation' on the 'Chimelong Online Reservation Platform' within the Chimelong Travel APP/Mini Program. Annual pass users can view the reservation calendar for the next 60 days (including the current day) within the Chimelong APP/Mini Program and make reservations for 'reservable admission days'. Entry is only permitted after a successful reservation. Daily admission quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. If the park hosts special themed events (such as Chimelong Paradise Halloween events, New Year's Eve countdown events in various parks, anniversary celebrations, etc.), or if the park implements crowd control measures due to high visitor volume for public safety reasons, the park may reduce or cancel the reservable admission quotas for annual pass users during these periods. Please closely monitor announcements on the official Chimelong website www.chimelong.com, the official WeChat Mini Program, the official WeChat account 'Chimelong Travel', or the 'Annual Pass Channel' on the Chimelong Travel APP, and plan your visit during off-peak times.
Important Notice:
1. Annual pass holders who have activated their pass online must present their valid personal ID at the turnstile for identity verification upon their first entry. If the cardholder matches the annual pass eligibility criteria and information, they may enter. If the conditions or information do not match, they will need to pay the difference or process a refund/change;
2. Once activated, the Annual Pass is non-transferable and valid only for the registered cardholder. If the Annual Pass is lost before activation, it cannot be reported lost or reissued;
3. Chimelong Annual Pass holders are prohibited from engaging in ticket scalping, peddling goods, unauthorized entry of others, or any other illegal/unauthorized activities within Chimelong theme parks. Otherwise, the applicable park reserves the right to deny entry and terminate the usage rights of the Chimelong Annual Pass based on any single instance of illegal/unauthorized behavior by the cardholder, without refund. The cardholder shall bear all consequences arising therefrom.
4. This product is available in limited quantities while stocks last. We may suspend or discontinue the sale of relevant products based on park operational management requirements.
5. Once sold, the Chimelong Annual Pass is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Visitors are asked to keep an appropriate distance when visiting the park. At the park entrance, performance venues, amusement facilities and other areas, please line up according to the separation signs, take a seat, or accept the on-site arrangement guidance of the staff.
In severe weather conditions that cannot meet the requirements for safe operation of equipment (such as lightning, rain, snow, hail, heavy fog, heavy rain, typhoon, etc.), some large-scale outdoor amusement projects will be suspended, and park performances will be temporarily canceled or partially cancelled.
