Meeting point description: Present your ticket directly at the Burj Khalifa entrance, located on the lower ground level of Dubai Mall. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.(1 Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Blvd, Dubai, United Arab Emirates)

Not allowed:Service animals for people with disabilities

Food or drinks inside the building

Know in advance:The official ticket must be shown at the retail counter on the ground floor on the day of your visit and scanned for souvenir collection. Souvenirs cannot be combined or exchanged with any other retail product

Personal handbags and purses are allowed, while shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage check room located near the entrance

For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather

During high season (winter) and festivities, there could be delays and queues. Please note: this ticket does not allow you to skip the line at the elevator

Infants (age 0-2) do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge
