Rappels
The first and last train times at each station vary according to the season. Please visit the official website for the latest operating information on the day of departure. (Service may be suspended due to bad weather, strong winds or scheduled inspections.)
The area receives a lot of snow, so winter gear like studless tires are necessary. It sometimes snows from mid-November to early April every year.
Tickets are unusable during the temporary inspection day for the cable car.

- Instructions for Using Your E-Ticket: When boarding, use a tablet, smartphone, or other mobile device to open the e-ticket link received after booking. Show the e-ticket to the staff (or driver) and press the “Use” button.
* E-tickets require an active internet connection; please ensure your device can access the web.
* Screenshots or printed copies of the ticket are not valid.
* If multiple tickets were purchased in a single transaction, they cannot be used separately. Once usage begins, all tickets in that order will be activated simultaneously. To use tickets individually, please purchase them in separate transactions.
* To prevent unauthorized use, opening the e-ticket in a different device or environment than the first time will require OTP verification. Follow these steps:
1. Enter a valid email address that can receive messages, then click Send.
2. Check your email for the OTP code. If you don’t see it, check the spam/junk folder. If still not found, re-enter a valid email on the e-ticket website and resend.
3. Enter the OTP code from the email on the e-ticket page and click Confirm. If correct, the e-ticket usage page will open.
* Note: Once OTP verification is completed, the email cannot be changed. Ensure you enter your own valid email for verification. - Please present your e-voucher at the Shinhotaka Ropeway ticket counter to exchange for your ropeway ticket.
- When using any discounts or promotions, show the e-ticket.
- Bring a mobile device with internet access along with your electronic voucher (you will receive a confirmation email and voucher after booking).
