We have customers not only from Yatsushiro City, but also from Kumamoto City, Minamata City, Hitoyoshi City, and outside the prefecture. We use Seiryu Chicken, raised on a contracted farm in Sumita Town, Iwate Prefecture, and offer a variety of chicken dishes, including skewers exquisitely grilled over binchotan charcoal, as well as sashimi, tataki, and yukhoe, which can only be enjoyed with fresh ingredients. Our chicken soup tsukemen and chicken soup noodles, made with Yonezawa noodles from Yamagata, are also popular! We offer Seiryu Chicken Mizutaki, which can be enjoyed by one person, all year round! Introducing an all-you-can-drink course perfect for year-end parties, New Year's parties, and welcoming/farewell parties! The Mizutaki course is perfect for the cold winter. Enjoy 120 minutes of all-you-can-drink at your leisure. Online reservations are accepted for up to 12 people.
"Michinoku Seiryu Ajiwai Chicken" is delivered directly from Sumita-cho, Iwate Prefecture to our restaurant. It has firm fibers, but is soft and juicy, and the meat itself has a sweet taste. Please enjoy the fresh chicken that can only be delivered directly from the source.
This is a new and beautiful store. The layout has changed slightly, but the previous atmosphere, such as the counter, has been retained. Please feel free to come again if you visited us before we moved.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
