Hirata Farm Jinhua Pork and Hirata Farm Sangen Pork are delicious brand pork made with a lot of care. "Hirata Farm Jinhua Pork" is a rare and top-quality breed known as the "phantom pig." It is characterized by its delicate meat quality and refined sweetness that defies common sense when it comes to pork. "Hirata Farm Sangen Pork" is Hirata Farm's unique Sangen pork, which is fed Japanese rice and raised healthily in an open piggery. It is characterized by its high-quality fat that melts on the tip of your tongue.
Truly delicious pork that your body will naturally appreciate comes from healthy pigs. We take the time and effort to raise our own brand of pigs under strict management, without prioritizing production efficiency. As a directly managed store, we continue to treat our pigs with care and sincerity, so that we can provide our customers with the best quality meat as truly delicious dishes that their bodies will naturally appreciate.
In order to increase domestic self-sufficiency and revitalize Japanese agriculture, Hirata Farm is working on the "Feed Rice Project," an attempt at environmentally friendly agriculture. Aiming to improve domestic self-sufficiency through recycling, this project aims for stable production and distribution through environmentally friendly livestock management that incorporates recycling and organic farming.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
