- Adult tickets are valid for visitors aged 12 and above.
- Children aged 12 and above who are attending primary school are eligible for child tickets.
- This ticket can be purchased for a maximum of 4 people, but all users must travel together and cannot travel separately. If you need to travel alone, please purchase tickets individually.
- Unused tickets that are still valid can be cancelled. There is no cancellation fee.
- Once you click the "Start Using" button, or if your ticket has expired, you will not be able to get a refund. Please note that tickets are non-refundable once they have been used.
