3-minute walk from Sapporo Station! Established in 1956, Matsuo Jingisukan. Jingisukan marinated in a secret sauce.
Matsuo Jingisukan's secret marinade is made with vegetables and fruits, giving it a slightly sweet flavor. By marinating the lamb in this sauce, the gamey flavor is reduced, resulting in tender Jingisukan. This sauce also makes vegetables and udon noodles delicious, so please enjoy them simmered in our special pot. Please enjoy the 'Hokkaido Specialty Matsuo Jingisukan' in our open and relaxing restaurant.
"Grilling meat and boiling vegetables" is one of the characteristics of Matsuo Jingisukan. The proud sauce used to season Jingisukan also deliciously flavors vegetables and udon. The staff will explain the cooking process at the beginning. *The original pot has been improved and was switched to the 6th generation pot in April 2022.
We can also accommodate same-day orders! Enjoy comparing the flavors of different Jingisukan.
Our restaurant has no door at the entrance, and is designed to resemble an open terrace. The hall is also equipped with a smokeless roaster, so you don't have to worry about odors. We also have a cloakroom.
We also offer an all-you-can-drink menu. Please use it for banquets, business entertainment, etc.

- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to visit, please be sure to cancel your reservation before your scheduled time. If you do not cancel, the following fees will be charged (the actual fees will be based on the information provided in your booking confirmation): If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your booking will be automatically cancelled. Additionally, if you cancel this reservation, the following fees will be charged: Same-day cancellation (no notice): 3000 JPY (per person) Same-day cancellation (with notice): 0 JPY Cancellation on the previous day: 0 JPY

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
