Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to reservation times. Late arrivals will be considered a forfeiture of the reservation. Requests for changes, cancellations, or refunds due to late arrival will not be accepted.

Dining time is limited, and extensions cannot be granted for reduced dining time due to late arrival.

I understand, agree to, and authorize KKday to make reservations on behalf of the customer with the restaurant as needed for KKday to provide agency services.

Notwithstanding the provisions of KKday's terms of service, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. Please understand that KKday customer service will provide maximum support but cannot be held responsible.

In the event of a natural disaster that prevents dining as scheduled, KKday will refund the reservation seat fee.

You cannot make duplicate reservations at different restaurants for the same date and time slot.
