Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to reservation times. Late arrivals will be considered a forfeiture of the reservation. Requests for changes, cancellations, or refunds due to late arrival will not be accepted.

The promotional images on this page are provided by the restaurant and may differ from the actual dishes. In such cases, please contact the restaurant directly. The restaurant assumes full responsibility.

There is a time limit for meals, and extensions cannot be granted for shortened meal times due to late arrival.

KKday understands, agrees to, and authorizes KKday to make reservations on behalf of the customer with the restaurant as necessary to provide agency services.

This product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user, notwithstanding the terms and conditions of KKday. Please understand that KKday customer service will provide maximum support but cannot be held responsible.

In the event that meals cannot be provided as scheduled due to natural disasters, KKday will refund the seat reservation fee.

You cannot make duplicate reservations for different restaurants within the same time slot on the same date.
