The owner, who is originally from Kikaijima, Kagoshima Prefecture, and has over 10 years of cooking experience, and the head chef, who used to work at a Michelin-starred restaurant, will use seasonal ingredients delivered directly from Toyosu and the source to create creative teppan and sushi dishes. In addition to the main menu, we will also have a recommended menu for the evening, and will pursue the deliciousness of each season. Recommended dishes include fresh sashimi and sushi made with red vinegar, carefully selected meat and vegetables, immersive hearth and straw-grilled dishes, and over 10 types of carefully selected sake. Please take your time to enjoy your meal and drinks.
Starting in July, we will be offering dessert plates with messages for anniversaries and birthdays. Please use them on special days with your loved ones. Please let us know in advance and we will prepare them for you.
When you open the door, you'll find an impressive counter inside the restaurant. The immersive counter seats are the perfect location to enjoy the chef's skilled craftsmanship. You can enjoy Japanese food and sake at your leisure, even if you're alone. You can enjoy it on your way home from work, on a special day, or any other occasion.
Every day, the owner carefully selects and prepares fresh fish delivered directly from Toyosu Market based on the day's stock! Not only the sushi, but all of the creative dishes using fish are excellent! Please give it a try!
There is also a semi-private room at the back of the restaurant, perfect for entertaining or special occasions. These seats are highly recommended for those who want to relax and unwind.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
