- Children aged 2 and over must occupy a seat and they are considered as 1 person and will be charged accordingly
- Children aged under 2 must sit on an adult's lap and they are only deemed non-seat-occupying after proof of age (e.g. passport) is presented
- For safety reasons, please provide your weight info when booking. Please note that providing incorrect personal data may result in admission decline without a refund
- The maximum weight for a helicopter ride is 300 lbs (around 136 kg)/person. If a traveler is over 300 lbs in weight, the traveler must purchase 2 seats, please consider this before booking
- Please be aware that the selected date may be unavailable. It is advisable to provide alternative session choices and stay updated with customer service messages
- Requests for a specific seat are not allowed, as the seat arrangement is based on safety protocols
- Please evaluate your health conditions before booking. If you insist on booking while knowing that you are not qualified, the supplier reserves the right to decline service to you without refunds
- Please note that if any guest in the party refuses to fly because one party member cannot fly, no refunds will be provided

If you miss the tour or leave the tour halfway due to personal reasons, you will not be allowed to request refunds or compensation
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
