In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 21:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

If the flight is suspended due to bad weather or force majeure, we will notify you before 21:00 the day before and a full refund will be issued.
This ticket can only be used on the same day. If you are late or delayed due to personal reasons, you will be deemed to have automatically given up and no refund will be requested.
Passengers who are prone to seasickness are advised to take seasickness medicine 30 minutes before boarding the ship.
