The coupon has no expiration date, but the discount is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, it can be returned if it is confirmed that it has not been used.

Before using the voucher, you must call the Xiangkaidu Plaza Hotel (03) 977-1166 to make a reservation and inform the trust number on the order voucher. If you do not inform the hotel in advance, the hotel may refuse to use the accommodation voucher according to the circumstances.

If it is not applicable due to special holidays, the definition of special holidays shall be based on the hotel’s official website announcement.

No additional charges will be accepted for other room types.

During your stay, you can use the hotel's free facilities. Please refer to the official website for the opening hours of each facility.

The date selected when booking is not the actual check-in date. Please purchase the accommodation voucher and make your own reservation by phone. After completing the reservation, please provide the voucher number to the hotel and present it at check-in.
