Experience process
1. Arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes before the experience starts: Naha Miegusuku Port, Waiting Area with Triangular Roof (3-20 Nishi, Naha City);
2. Put on a life jacket and depart by boat;
3. Gear up, fasten your seatbelt, and listen to the staff's instructions;
4. Experience the thrill of flying at an altitude of about 50m (flight time is about 10 minutes);
5. Land safely on the deck at the back of the boat to finish the experience.


Note: Free GoPro rental (limited to 1 per group). You may also bring your own phone or camera; please note that you are responsible for any loss or damage if it falls into the water, and the staff will not be held liable. (If the facility-provided GoPro is lost or damaged in the water, compensation is required.)

It is necessary to provide the English name and contact information of the reservation representative, and note the weight of the experiencer.
Participants: 6-64 years old, weighing more than 20kg (pregnant women and sick people are not allowed to participate).
Children need to be accompanied by an adult for take-off.
The flight experience lasts about 10 minutes.
We do not provide pick-up and drop-off at the moment, please go to the meeting point to participate by yourself.
If you drive there, the parking fee is 500 yen per day (at your own expense).
The shower fee is 100 yen for 3 minutes (at your own expense).

Reminders

  • 1. If the sea conditions and weather are bad, the trip may be interrupted or suspended. In case of strong winds, children may be refused entry and participation will be determined by the captain, related to weight.

  • 2. The number of people to experience is 1-3 adults. However, due to the sea conditions or strong winds on the day, you may ride with on-site staff or other guests. Please understand.

  • 3. Please wear clothes that will not hurt you if you get wet when experiencing this itinerary. It is recommended to prepare a change of clothes and towels. It is recommended not to wear shoes with heels.

  • 4. Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance. Please do not be late.

  • 5. Please carry the minimum amount of luggage when boarding the ship, such as valuables, camera, camera waterproof cloth, etc.

  • 6. It is not recommended for pregnant women and tourists with the following diseases or other tourists who should not be over-stimulated to participate in this project: high blood pressure, heart disease, fear of heights, asthma, epilepsy, etc.

  • 7. Companions or guardians can board the boat together, but priority will be given to those who participate in the experience. If there are too many people, non-participants may be refused boarding.

How to Get There
Take the monorail to 'Asahibashi Station' or the 'Naha Bus Terminal', then take a taxi for about 12 minutes. Parking fee for self-driving is 500 JPY/day.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–5 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
