From the “Führerbunker” to the Berlin Wall – On the Trail of a Divided City.

Start your tour in the centrally located Nikolaiviertel, just five minutes from the TV Tower. Grab the rental bike of your choice and set out on a 15-kilometre journey packed with fascinating facts and little-known stories about historic sites from the Nazi era and the Cold War.

Follow the traces of the 20th century to remarkable sites such as the Berlin Wall Memorial on Bernauer Straße, original East German watchtowers, and the areas where “Germania”, the Nazis’ never-realised dream city, was supposed to be built.

Your guide will lead you through hidden corners, quiet backstreets, and scenic paths, bringing history vividly to life with captivating storytelling.

Experience what life was like in the once-divided city and learn why Hitler’s bunker (“Führerbunker”) is no longer accessible today. Follow the route of the former Berlin Wall and discover where ghost stations and underground bunkers once lay.
