Tucked away in northern Portugal, the Douro Valley is more than just a pretty face, it’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site where centuries of winemaking history meet jaw-dropping scenery. On this full-day tour, you’ll soak in sweeping vineyard views, sail along the Douro River, and dive into the traditions of one of the world’s oldest demarcated wine regions, all in the company of a friendly, knowledgeable guide.

One of the highlights is a stop at the “São Leonardo de Galafura” viewpoint offers a postcard-worthy panorama over the green valley carved by the river below. It’s the kind of place that makes you reach for your camera over and over.

After a tasty local lunch, the journey continues to the riverside town of Pinhão where you’ll join a relaxing one-hour cruise through the heart of wine country. It's an ideal way to take it all in. And because no Douro experience would be complete without it, the day wraps up with a tasting of the region’s world-famous Port Wine at a local estate. Sip, savour, and toast to a rewarding day.
