  • Meeting point description: At Bagni Fegina. The meeting point will be 30 minutes earlier (3.30 pm) at Bagni Fegina in Monterosso, via Fegina 11. The easiest and fastest way to get there is by train, Monterosso al Mare stop. Leaving the train station of Monterosso, turn right and walk for approx. 5 minutes, keeping the sea on your left. You’ll find the beach Bagni Fegina on your left, after the car park and the soccer field, in front of “Focacceria Antonio”. The guide will wait for you inside the beach of Bagni Fegina, close to the soccer field.(Via Fegina, 11, 19016 Monterosso al Mare SP, Italy)

  • Know in advance:Being able to swim is a fundamental prerequisite to take part in this activity

  • The minimum age to take part in this tour is 10

  • Bring with you a bathing suit or Lycra shorts, sneakers or neoprene boots, Lycra thermo shirt or sweatshirt, water, a hat, sunglasses
