- Please note Infants must travel on an accompanying adult’s lap, with a maximum of one infant per adult, and the accompanying adult must utilise the infant safety belt provided by the Operator to secure the infant during the flight
- There is a weight limit of minimum 10 kg and maximum 100 kg per passenger

Bags, handbags or loose gear such as hats, scarves and any carried items are not allowed to be taken with you on the flight. Please leave these items in your vehicle or with the front desk before boarding the aircraft
For safety reasons, drones, iPads and selfie sticks are not allowed on board
Participants unable to complete trips due to pre-existing medical conditions or personal factors will be evacuated at their own expense without any refund
The flight is subject to favorable weather conditions. If the flight is cancelled due to poor weather, an alternative date or a full refund will be given for your option

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
