  • This tour package is based on a join-in basis of shared guide and transportation
  • If the pick-up location is far from Kota Kinabalu city, additional charges will apply (MYR80 / group)
  • All pictures shown may vary depending on the tour provider

If you do not receive tour information 1–2 days before your tour date, please contact us at +60 10-368 7313 or +60 10-211 3139. Pickup details and tour updates will be communicated via your Klook voucher. Please check it regularly, especially if we are unable to reach you directly.
  • Our driver will arrive at your designated pickup location and wait for a maximum of 10 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Guests who fail to arrive within the waiting period will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.

  • What to bring: Change of clothes / sunscreen / sunglasses / caps or hats / swimwear / toiletries / cash / towel

  • Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, and no refund will be granted in such a situation

  • For add-on scuba diving guest, you are required to sign a liability waiver form that informs them of the risks of the activity. After your scuba diving experience, it is highly encouraged that you wait 24 hours before flying
