  • Accommodates up to 6 passengers. Also recommended for a party on the sea with friends. A proposal watched over by friends during a party is also wonderful.
  • You are welcome to bring your own food! (Please note: red wine, soups, raw foods, and strong-smelling items are not allowed.) Bring your favorite snacks and enjoy your cruise date.

  • Please come in clothes that are easy to move in.

  • Please be careful not to wear high heels or leather shoes as they can be slippery and dangerous.

  • The ship may be unstable when boarding and disembarking. Please proceed carefully.

  • In winter, the temperature can drop by 3 to 5 degrees because there is no obstruction.

  • Please bring warm clothes or a blanket.

  • Tokyo Bay is relatively calm, but if you get seasick, please take seasickness medicine beforehand.

  • If you wish to cruise through, please contact us in advance.

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made at least 3 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
