Please arrive at the designated location 10 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
The high-speed ferry is air-conditioned so it may feel cold, so we recommend that you bring something to put on over your clothes.
The vehicle journey is relatively long and involves travelling along hilly roads, so we recommend that you bring motion sickness medication with you.
Please let us know the names and birth dates of all participants in order to arrange the high-speed ferry tickets.
Please bring a copy of your passport (screenshot is acceptable) with you on the day of the tour. You will need to show this when boarding the high-speed ferry.
Please bring your own cash as you will need it to purchase snacks, drinking water, etc. and for the ATV experience.
A Japanese guide will take you from the hotel to the port, and a local Japanese guide will guide you around Bohol. After arriving in Cebu, a driver holding a sign will take you to the hotel.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
